Florida properties beat averages
Sterling Managements Tampa properties are currently beating the national averages with occupancies in the high 80% and even mid 90% range. Regional manager Jerry Zimmerman states "the properties success is due to excellent on site staff and aggressive sales techniques." Mr Zimmerman expects this trend to continue for the remainder of the year.
